Amoro de Vino Apro Ibrico is a distinctive fortified wine from Spain\'s Rioja Alavesa region. Crafted from 100% Viura grapes sourced from pre-phylloxera vines in the Basque country, this aperitif draws inspiration from classic Italian counterparts. The base wine undergoes maceration with a blend of local bitter herbs and botanicals, including gentian root, cinchona bark, elderberry, rhubarb, and various citrus peels, resulting in a complex and aromatic profile.
