Tasting Notes: Aromas of black currant and chocolate cherry cordial with hints of mint, chalk dust, and violets. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, featuring cassis, black cherry compote, and muddled mint flavors, complemented by notes of black tea and stone dust. The finish is dry, with moderate, rounded tannins that linger.
