100% biodynamically cultivated Chardonnay from vines at the top and base of the Grand Bessy vineyard in northern Burgundy\'s Dijon. Vines are 40 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested and directly pressed into neutral barrel where spontaneous fermentation takes place. Racked once, the wine ages for 10-12 months in neutral barrel prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
