Grapes are destemmed and lightly crushed. 11 days of maceration in fiberglass tank for 2/3 of the juice meanwhile the remaining 1/3 macerates for 5 days. Blended, aged 6 months in fiberglass tank sur lie. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
