100% organically cultivated Sangiovese from Radda (high-elevation Chianti Classico) amidst a complete polycultural vineyard. Hand-harvested, the grapes spontaneously fermented in a lined cement tank prior to pressing and aging for a further 2 years in cement vat. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2. 13.5%ABV
