Blanc de Noir from Huguenot-Tassin. This is the liquid signature of their Pinot Noir, blended across 15 vintages. Elegant and fresh with soft, crunchy fruit supported by great acidity and a mineral backbone from the clay/limestone soils. The perfect aperitif.
