Entry level Chenin for the twins - 100% Chenin Blanc from biodynamically cultivated 30 year-old vines planted to a variety of terroirs (tuffeau/red clay/flint). Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pressed to stainless steel tank where they spontaneously ferment and age for 6 months prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<10ppm) added SO2 if needed.
