WINEMAKER NOTES

Vibrant and texturally complex skin-contact white blend from Oregon that showcases the winerys mastery of co-fermentation and minimal intervention. Crafted from a medley of white grapes including Roussanne, Gewrztraminer, Riesling, Mller-Thurgau, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc, the wine is fermented on the skins for varying durationsup to 30 days for the Roussanne and Rieslingbefore being aged separately in neutral oak and stainless steel for about eight months. The result is a wine with a glowing amber hue and a layered aromatic profile of peach, thyme, citrus blossom, and a subtle touch of eucalyptus. On the palate, it is full-textured yet balanced, with a savory edge that complements its floral and fruity character. Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with minimal sulfur, its designed to be enjoyed young and slightly chilled.
