40% Grenache Blanc, 40% Grenache Gris, 20% Macabeu from vines grown in clay/limestone marl and schistous soils. The grapes are hand-harvested and each spontaneously ferments separately in a mixture of fiberglass/stainless steel and concrete. Aged in barrique through the winter. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
