Soler\'s top wine. 100% biodynamically cultivated, parcellaire Xarello from 80 year-old vines in the Vinya del Taus vineyard. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment in a combination of neutral and some portion of new (25%) Burgundy barrel. Aging also in barrel for 1 year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
