Biodynamically cultivated Trebbiano Spolentino (85%) & Grechetto (15%) on 20-30 year-old vines in Montefalco. Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed upon arrival at the winery. 2-day maceration in stainless steel tank. Aged on the fine lees for several months before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
