MAX 2 BTL/ CUSTOMER From the mentee of Pat Desplats & Thierry Beclair, this is Houas Boukella\'s maiden vintage on his own with some of Thierry\'s fruit & grapes planted at his wife\'s family\'s farm, all located in Rochefort-sur-Loire in Anjou. \'Iflissen\' is composed of Grolleau Gris & Chardonnay macerated for 10 days in separate buried amphora, blended thereafter with directly pressed Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin, & Cabernet. Spontaneous fermentation and levage for 6-9 months in fiberglass prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12.5%ABV
