A Single Grain Whisky from Invergordon matured in a Refill Sherry Cask for 37 years. This is a great cask - its not overly sweet and has a lot of complexity - herbs, pear and stone fruit. Great dram to give a single malt snob blind - tell them its a single grain whisky and then watch their face as they reassess their place in the universe. Joint bottling between the Whisky Agency and East Village Whisky Co. - two of the best indie bottlers out there.
