Main & Mill Brewing Company, located in Festus, Missouri, is known for its innovative and diverse range of craft beers. The Barbara Ann Gose is a refreshing take on the traditional German-style Gose, characterized by its tart and slightly salty flavor profile. This beer is brewed with a blend of malted barley and wheat, and it undergoes a kettle souring process to achieve its distinctive tanginess. The addition of sea salt and coriander enhances the complexity, while the low ABV makes it a perfect choice for a sessionable drink. The Barbara Ann Gose offers a crisp, citrusy finish, making it an ideal companion for light dishes such as salads, seafood, and tangy cheeses.
