Marabino means \'land of the beloved sun\' and is a project run by Pierpaolo Messina in the southeastern most tip of Sicily, Val di Noto. He has 30 hectares of vineyards divided into 18 distinctive parcels according to their soil types, but all within a few kilometres of the Ionian Sea, whose cooling coastal breeze relieves the vines from the intense Sicilian sun and retains fresh acidity found through each of his wines.

Named after the vineyard, the Muscatedda is 100% Moscato Bianco, dry but aromatic, crisp, clean and moreish.
