Over 400 nearly extinct native Georgian grape varieties grown in a kind of nursery/museum in Georgia\'s Kakheti region. The grapes co-ferment in Qvevri to produce this wine, an homage to the \'polyphony\' of Georgia\'s viticultural heritage in addition to the famous tradition of Georgian Polyphonic singing.
