Touraine-inspired beaut. 50/50 Cab Franc & Ct (aka Malbec) from regeneratively farmed vines in Cambria. Grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately. Whole-cluster spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel prior to blending and aging in neutral oak for 8 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
