From Vulkanland in southeast Austria, this is a back-vintage orange wine that is technically a blend of several vintages (1617//18/19) of biodynamically cultivated Grner, Bronner and Souvignier Gris. 50% whole-bunch maceration for 1 month; 50% whole-bunch maceration for 3 days and pressed. Spontaneous fermentation and aging in 600L neutral barrel. Unfined, unfiltered, minimal added SO2.
