Sandeman is a renowned producer known for its rich history in crafting fine fortified wines and spirits. The Sandeman Character Med D is a medium dry sherry, a type of fortified wine that originates from the Jerez region in Spain. This sherry is crafted using a blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximnez grapes, which are aged in a solera system to develop its complex flavors. The result is a balanced spirit with notes of dried fruits, nuts, and a hint of spice, complemented by a smooth, medium-dry finish. It is best enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with tapas and light desserts.
