Citrus forward with a pleasant co-mingling of grassy notes and underlying fresh herbs. A slightly chalky texture adds to the palate-cleansing nature of this Loire classic. Energetic yet easygoing, without the bombastic aromas of some Sauvignon Blanc. It\'s an ideal everyday bottle without the price tag of other wines from this appellation. What\'s not to love?
