This is an unbelievably elegant (the word some journalists would use is \'gastronomic\') complex and delicious ros with a kind of strawberry-rhubarb savory element backboned by bright sage, cardamom, and pomegranates through the palate. Tart and refreshing with a sneaky long finish -- an absolutely wild rendition from legendary Strohmeier, a very small estate in southern Austria\'s Styria and one of the region\'s natural viticulture pioneers.
