      50/50 Grenache Blanc/Chardonnay from 32 year old vines planted on clay/limestone and basalt soils. Grapes were hand-harvested, direct pressed and fermented separately. Blended and racked into stainless steel for 10 months. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2.
