From a single parcel of Pinot Noir organically cultivated in Bligny called Bligny (the creativity is left to the wine) in the Aube high percentage of limestone in the south-facing vineyard. All from 2021, the wine is vinified entirely in neutralbarreland aged under cork (a theme) rather than crown-cap for 38 months before disgorgement this past January.
