Tilquin Mre is a unique Belgian lambic beer produced by Gueuzerie Tilquin, a renowned blender of traditional lambics. This beer is crafted by blending lambic with blackberries, resulting in a complex and refreshing beverage. The flavor profile is characterized by a harmonious balance of tartness from the lambic and the sweet, fruity notes of ripe blackberries. The beer is unfiltered and unpasteurized, allowing the natural fermentation process to impart a rich depth of flavor. Tilquin Mre is best enjoyed chilled and pairs well with a variety of cheeses and charcuterie.
