Tres Agaves Organic Aejo Tequila is a premium spirit crafted from 100% organic Blue Weber agave harvested from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are slowly roasted to extract rich flavors before the tequila is aged for approximately 18 months in repurposed Kentucky Bourbon and Tennessee Whiskey barrels. This aging process imparts complex notes of smoky-sweet caramel, butterscotch, and subtle floral tones, with hints of rosemary spice, resulting in a sophisticated and multi-layered tequila.
