Via Zorzal\'s Garnacha Rosado is one of those ross that does exactly what you want it\'s fresh, bright, and full of character without taking itself too seriously. Made from 100% Garnacha grown in Navarra, this is Spanish ros at its most honest and drinkable.
Lying in the south of Navarra, Via Zorzal is a project run by three brothers who inherited the estate from their parents. We\'re excited about the great work they\'ve been doing with Garnacha, recuperating old vineyards and focusing on high altitude, bush-vine fruit. Their signature is a bright and juicy Garnacha, packed with red fruits and great freshness. They\'re also making some impressive single vineyard wines from old vines which seriously over-deliver for the price. A project to watch.
What you get is pure Garnacha ros strawberries, raspberries, a hint of citrus, and that characteristic freshness that makes it so easy to drink. There\'s enough acidity to keep it lively, but nothing feels sharp or overdone. It\'s the kind of ros that works just as well on its own as it does with food think salads, grilled vegetables, seafood, tapas, or light pasta dishes.
The winemaking is straightforward direct pressing of the grapes to get just the right amount of colour, then fermentation in stainless steel to preserve all that fresh fruit character. No oak, no tricks, just pure expression of Garnacha from a producer who knows the variety inside out.
Serve it well-chilled and don\'t overthink it. This is the kind of ros you want on hand all year round perfect for warm afternoons, aperitivo hour, or just because it\'s a nice day.
