100% Chardonnay from old-vines planted to the granitic/gneiss soils of southern Czechia\'s village of Znojmo, within the broader region of Moravia. Grapes are hand-harvested, cold-soaked and pressed. Spontaneous fermentation in neutral oak prior to a 12-month levage also in neutral oak. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, minimal (<20ppm) added SO2.
