100% Chardonnay from young vines (2010) planted to a .82hectare vineyard just outside the Grand Cru of Les Clos, of Kimmeridgian Limestone soils. Grapes are hand-harvested, gently pneumatically pressed to stainless steel for spontaneous fermentation and aging for 18 months also in tank. Bottled fined, unfiltered, and dosed with sulfur.
