Biodynamic Zero/Zero Burgundy from off the beaten path. This is Aligot Dore (golden Aligote) from a vineyard with a mix of vine ages - up to 100 years-old. Grapes are hand-harvested, directly pressed and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel for a year before bottling unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 11.5% ABV
