100% Chardonnay from shallow, wind-blown mineral soils organically cultivated in the Tualatin Hills AVA of Oregon\'s Willamette Valley. Grapes are hand-harvested and spontaneously ferment and age in neutral barrel for 10 months prior to pressing and a further levage of 10 months. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2.
