A skin-contact Chenin Blanc from one of South Africas most exciting winemakers, Reenen Borman. Kottabos is a small side project focused on experimental, site-driven wines, and this release comes entirely from the Karibib Vineyard in the Polkadraai Hills. Whole-bunch fermented with 45 days of skin contact, then aged in old French puncheon for 11 months. The result is a textured, clean, and lifted Chenin with subtle grip and energy to spare.
